Egypt to lease a floating storage regasification unit
A source in the Ministry of Oil said that the Egyptian government is seeking to lease a floating storage regasification unit (FSRU) to be docked in the Suez Gulf terminal, parallel with the start of LNG importing again. The source added that the government plans to have a five-year extendable contract. (Enterprise)
Act Financial to get an IPO soon
Sources said that Act Financial would offer 25% of its shares to an initial public offering (IPO) through a capital increase, raising EGP700mn. We note that the news initially stated that the company plans on raising an EGP1bn. Sources added that the EGP700mn would be divided as an EGP500mn in private offering while the remaining EGP200mn will be for the initial public offering. (Al-Borsa)
