The inauguration of the Grand Egyptian Museum has driven a notable increase in hotel occupancy rates across Cairo and Giza, with most properties operating at full capacity (100%).
This strong demand has also pushed the average daily room rate (ADR) in Cairo hotels to around USD 1,100 per night, reflecting the positive impact of increased tourist arrivals and the museum’s global appeal.
Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG Holding), a leading player in Egypt’s hospitality and real estate sectors, currently owns four hotels across Cairo and Giza. The Group is also developing a new hotel located behind the Grand Egyptian Museum, which is expected to further enhance its hospitality portfolio and support revenue growth in the coming periods.
