First Nine Months Results: Revenue and Net Profit Jump Driven by Operating Activity
The company achieved net profits of USD 133.3 M in the first nine months of the year, compared to USD 87 M for the same period of the previous year, representing a growth rate of 53.2%.
The company’s revenue rose to USD 3.428 M in the first nine months of the year, compared to USD 2.319 M for the same period of the previous year, representing a growth rate of 47.8%, The company’s revenues from the Middle East and Africa increased by 88.5% YoY to record USD 2.028 M, compared to USD 1.076 M in the same period last year.Revenues from the United States also increased, to record USD 1.399 M, compared to USD 1.243 M, representing a 12.5% YoY increase.
Net operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 98.9% YoY, to record USD 224 M in the first nine months of the year compared to USD 112 M in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, net operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (adjusted) reached USD 202 M, compared to USD 112.6 M, representing a YoY growth of 79.4%.
The company achieved 8.3% YoY growth in projects under construction, while new contracts recorded a 44.2% YoY growth.
The company disclosed new awards in 4Q 2025 worth USD 1.6 bn.
