Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) announced on October 18 an initial offering of 30% of Banque du Caire’s shares, equivalent to approximately 4.575 billion shares. The offered stake could potentially increase to 45%, bringing the total number of shares offered to approximately 6.863 billion. Any increase in the offered stake will be subject to the approval of the FRA, with the revised offering size to be announced no later than three days before the closing date for receiving orders under the public offering.
