The government aims to develop new hotel projects in partnership with the private sector, and therefore the prime minister and the minister of public business sector met with chairman of the tourism and Hotels Company and CEO of Emaar Misr for Development to discuss the development of state -owned assets and their transformation into tourism projects, with the goal of increasing hotel capacity to support the country’s tourism sector target.
Additionally, the Minister of Public Business sector met with CEO of Talaat Moustafa Group to collaborate on the development of the hospitality sector.
-Emaar Misr owns:-
1- the Marassi North Cost project, Which includes 11 hotels.
2- Marassi Red Sea project in partnership with Golden Cost.
-Tallat Moustafa Group owns 11 hotels 4 of them are hotels in Cairo and Giza.
